This accessibility statement applies to the service tervekoululainen.fi and has been created on 01.06.2023.
We have assessed the accessibility of the service ourselves.
The accessibility status of the digital service
Meets critical accessibility requirements. According to our own assessment, the site meets the critical accessibility requirements set by the Digital Services Act, i.e. the criteria for WCAG 2.1 A and AA levels.
Not covered by legislation
- files of office programs (e.g. doc, pdf, odt) published before 23 September 2018.
- video or audio recordings released before 23 September 2020.
Our website does not meet the AAA level criteria of WCAG 2.1. These include, for example, sign language interpretation and extended description interpretation. In addition, recordings of our website and Youtube videos that were published before the Digital Services Act came into force are not subtitled. The law does not require videos to be subtitled retrospectively. We subtitle all video and audio recordings that appear after the Digital Services Act comes into force.
Our goal is to achieve the highest possible level of accessibility. We expect our employees to take accessibility into account in all content production.

If you notice any accessibility issues on the site, first give feedback to us, the site administrator. The answer may take 14 days. If you are not satisfied with the answer you have received or do not receive a reply at all within two weeks, you can report it to the Regional State Administrative Agency of Southern Finland.
